Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bluegrass Realty Media & Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking services with us, you agree to these Terms.

We provide real estate media and marketing services including but not limited to:

• Real estate photography
• Videography
• Drone photography/video
• Virtual tours
• Floor plans
• Social media marketing
• Branding and promotional services

• Appointments are confirmed upon scheduling approval.
• Payment is due according to the invoice terms.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• We reserve the right to withhold delivery of media until payment is received in full.

• Cancellations within [24/48] hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Drone shoots may require rescheduling due to FAA restrictions or unsafe weather.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is ready prior to the appointment.

We are not responsible for:

• Cleaning
• Staging
• Moving furniture
• Removing clutter
• Correcting property conditions during editing

Additional editing requests may incur additional charges.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload, weather, or technical issues.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Bluegrass Realty Media & Marketing retains copyright ownership of all media created.
• Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use media for marketing the specific property or business for which it was created.
• Media may not be sold, transferred, or reused for unrelated listings without written permission.

We reserve the right to use media content for:

• Portfolio purposes
• Website galleries
• Advertising
• Social media promotion
• Marketing materials

Clients requesting confidentiality must notify us in writing before the shoot.

Drone operations are subject to:

• FAA regulations
• Airspace authorization
• Weather conditions
• Safety considerations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify drone services when necessary for legal or safety reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluegrass Realty Media & Marketing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Listing delays
• Market losses
• Technical failures beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Clients confirm they have authority to permit photography and media production at the property location.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions from:

• Property owners
• Tenants
• HOAs
• Brokers
• Agents

Users agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Copy or redistribute website content without permission

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
